Shipping policy

Our goal at Caffewerks is to get you your order as quickly as possible! 

 

  • Please note all orders may have a 1-4 day processing time. 
  • Shipping times listed in check out are not guaranteed- but are estimates from the shipper based on when the items are in the control of the shipper. Shipping times do not include order processing time.
  • We cannot offer refunds for packages lost via the shipper. 
  • Orders are seeing an extended delivery time. Please check your tracking number for up to date information on your packages location. If your tracking number states that it is "in transit" it is still on its way to you.
